Warmly welcome Yana Sergeevna Testina, Head of the Department of Area Studies and International Tourism at Saint Petersburg State University, to visit DHIC Program in Shanghai! We had an amazing time showing Yana our DHIC program, exploring the city, and connecting with our awesome students.

We went to ECNU to have a meeting with Director of Global Education Center Chrissie Wang and Director of DHIC Jacky Li. Professor also visited the Radisson Blu Shanghai New World Hotel and the Waldorf Astoria, which are top hotels where DHIC students get to do internships. This gave her a chance to see what it's like to work there and talk to the students who are currently interning.  And of course, we got to try some authentic Shanghainese food!

The DHIC program lets students from many countries learn Chinese and get real-world experience in Shanghai's booming hotel industry. We're looking forward to cooperating with SPBGU to give even more students the chance to have this amazing experience and prepare for a global career in hospitality!
